You can report bugs with an email to support@7cups.com. In order to troubleshoot, we'll need the following information:
- What is the bug you encountered?
- What part of 7 Cups does this problem affect - 1:1 chat, group chat, community, therapy, growth path or something else?
- Did you run into this problem on the web, the iOS app or the Android app?
- Which account were you signed in to & was it as a Member or Listener?
- When did you run into this problem? Did it happen more than once? Is it still happening?
- What steps could we take to re-create the issue?
